Shoot the Living and Pray for the Dead

A stranger turns up at Jackal's Ranch, a weigh station for stagecoaches, while Dan Hogan (Klaus Kinski) and his gang wait there with $100,000 in gold bars from a bank job. John Webb (Paolo Casella) offers to guide them across the desert to Mexico, and the price is half the gold. Giuseppe Vari sends them toward the border with the Rangers close behind, and Dan takes the deal knowing nothing about the man who made it.
