“Based on true rumours”

In 1991, Mumbai police under ACP Shamsher Khan (Sanjay Dutt) surround an apartment building in the Lokhandwala Complex where Maya Dolas (Vivek Oberoi) and his gang have gone to ground. Apoorva Lakhia builds the standoff from the gang's earlier terror across the city and the officers who have spent years trying to catch them. Maya's closest loyalty is to Dilip Buwa (Tusshar Kapoor), his right hand, and the two stay side by side inside.
