Shortcut

“Not every road leads you home”

A school bus carries five classmates down a back road, taking the shortcut home. Nolan (Jack Kane) and Karl (Zanda Emlano) are among them when a mysterious creature shows up on the road and leaves them trapped inside. Alessio Liguori keeps the story in that cramped vehicle, the teenagers pressed together behind the windows as the thing outside circles closer.
