Showing Up

Lizzy (Michelle Williams) makes small clay figures at an art college in Portland, and the show that could change her career opens in a few days. Her landlord Jo (Hong Chau), also an artist, still hasn't fixed the hot water. Kelly Reichardt follows the two women through the cramped week, and the friendship stays between them whether or not they talk about it.
