Three boys are shot dead by a local crime boss in a 1994 neighborhood of newsstands and corner-store muscle. Mr. Sumatra (Julius Harris), a witch doctor, brings them back as shrunken heads, and Tommy Larson (Aeryk Egan) is among them, with revenge on the list. Richard Elfman plays the whole business at the speed of a cartoon chase and lets the corpses deliver their lines flat.
