Shut In

“Some fears can't be shut out.”

A young boy has gone missing in the middle of a deadly winter storm, and no one can say where he went. Mary Portman (Naomi Watts), a widowed child psychologist, lives cut off in rural New England with her stepson Stephen (Charlie Heaton), and she is drawn into the search for Tom Patterson (Jacob Tremblay). Farren Blackburn keeps her working through the snow, her days already so closed in that she has little left to lose.
