Shutter Island

“Someone is missing.”

In 1954, U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his partner Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo) arrive at a hospital for the criminally insane on Shutter Island to investigate a missing patient. Dr. Cawley (Ben Kingsley) and Dr. Naehring (Max von Sydow) move through the fog-wrapped island with careful smiles while the case unravels into madness. What Teddy discovers about himself and the woman he lost (Michelle Williams) becomes the only solid ground left.
