“The Universal Cop”

The story moves from Tamil Nadu to Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, where a senior police officer has been murdered and nobody can say why. Durai Singam (Suriya), a cop with a name that travels ahead of him, is sent to take over the case, and Hari sets him against local thugs and a criminal operation dealing in deadly toxic waste. Durai Singam steps into a new city as its deputy commissioner, his uniform pressed and his jaw set.
