Silent Hill

“We've been expecting you.”

Rose Da Silva (Radha Mitchell) has no explanation for the one word her adopted daughter Sharon keeps saying in her sleep, only that it is the name of a town. Christophe Gans sends her there anyway, and after a car crash on the way in, Sharon is gone and the town is empty, burned thirty years earlier. Rose goes looking with nothing but her fear and a refusal to leave her child behind.
