“Science created him. Now Chuck Norris must destroy him.”

Sheriff Dan Stevens (Chuck Norris) wants a quiet job in a small Texas town, and a man named John Kane tears through it with a killing spree until police shoot him down. Doctors led by Tom Halman (Ron Silver) bring Kane back with an experimental serum, and he comes up strong and nearly impossible to hurt. Michael Miller sets Dan against him, and the sheriff's tie to Alison Halman (Toni Kalem) is what the chase leans on.
