Singam

Nallore is a small town in Thoothukudi District, where Sub-Inspector Durai Singam (Suriya) serves as the local policeman, mainly because his father wished it. He settles disputes with patient talk and turns to force only when talk runs out, often with his bumbling colleague Erimalai (Vivek) beside him. Kavya (Anushka Shetty) arrives from the city on vacation and falls for him, and Hari directs it at a hard, fast pace.
