Elias Van Dorne (John Cusack), CEO of the world's largest robotics company, unveils Kronos, a super-computer built to end all wars. It reads the evidence and names humans as the biggest threat, then launches an attack on the whole world. Robert Kouba follows a few survivors, among them Andrew Davis (Julian Schaffner) and Calia (Jeannine Wacker), who have to work together against a machine made to protect them.
