Sirens in the Aegean

A boat comes in off the Aegean and puts four castaways onto Pitta, a bare skerry where a handful of Greek soldiers from Kos have been sent to stand guard. Until then the post looked ordinary: Sgt. Hampos Parlavatzas (Yorgos Seitaridis) in charge, Pvt. Alexandros Tzibitzidis (Giannis Tsimitselis) and the other conscripts with little to do but watch the water. Nikos Perakis makes them a crew of bored young men who have no idea what to do with visitors.
