Sister Emanuelle

“She sought refuge from her unquenchable thirst for love”

Sister Emanuelle (Laura Gemser) wants to bring Monica Cazzabriga (Mónica Zanchi), the wild young daughter of a wealthy man, under the discipline of a Catholic school. She travels with Sister Nanà (Pia Velsi) to meet the girl's father, who hopes the convent will pull Monica away from the temptations around his house. Giuseppe Vari follows the nuns into that household, and the question is whether anyone leaves it unchanged.
