“Vegas Needs a New King.”

In a post-apocalyptic America, the Russians have taken over after the bombs and Elvis rules Lost Vegas as king. Buddy (Jeffrey Falcon), a wandering swordsman in a '50s rocker's glasses, carries a guitar in one hand and a blade in the other, headed for Vegas to take the crown. Lance Mungia sends him down the highway with an orphan boy (Justin McGuire) following behind, and the throne is still waiting at the far end.
