A young woman is found murdered in Paris, and Charlie (Raphaël Personnaz), a newly arrived police officer, gets pulled into a hunt for a man the files already link to other killings. Frédéric Tellier follows the case through Charlie's days with the veteran investigators, including Bougon (Olivier Gourmet), as the paperwork and the victims keep multiplying. At the center of it all sits Guy Georges (Adama Niane), the name that has not yet been given a face.
