“Hatred Was His Way Out”
Frankie (Robert de Hoog) is a teenager in a working-class Dutch neighborhood in the late Seventies, and he wants a place among people who will have him. His mother, a Holocaust survivor, is dying in the hospital, and the distance between him and his father keeps growing. Hanro Smitsman follows him as a local skinhead group takes an interest in him, a boy at the edge of the pack with nothing else around him.
