“Where do monsters come from?”

Lucas (August Maturo) runs wild with his older brother Tom (Mike Manning) in a small town after their mother's death, and the two have only each other to answer to. Out in the woods, Lucas starts visiting a creature that other people in town whisper about and avoid. Jeremiah Kipp keeps the brothers' house as tense as the trees, and the boy's bond with that thing becomes the one place Lucas feels close to anyone.
