Slappy and the Stinkers

“Five Kids. One Sea Lion. No Rules.”

On a class trip to an aquarium, five second-graders decide that the sea lion Slappy looks miserable in his tank. They free him and drop him into the hot tub of their principal, Morgan Brinway (BD Wong), who already calls them the Stinkers. Barnet Kellman follows the kids as they try to keep Slappy hidden, with Roy (Bronson Pinchot) nearby and a greedy circus owner after the animal.
