Sleepwalkers

“The first Stephen King story written expressly for the scream.”

Charles Brady (Brian Krause) is a quiet teenager who moves with his mother, Mary (Alice Krige), to the small town of Travis, Indiana. They are the last of their kind, and they stay alive only by feeding on the life-force of the innocent. Mick Garris, working from Stephen King's first original screenplay, sends Charles toward Tanya Robertson (Mädchen Amick), a classmate who has no idea what he needs from her, while Mary waits at home.
