Smiley Face

“High. How are you?”

Jane F. (Anna Faris) has a short list for the day, an audition and a bag of weed, and none of it gets done once she eats her roommate's pot-laced cupcakes. By nightfall she is lost somewhere in Los Angeles, with Brevin (John Krasinski) and Steve the Dealer (Adam Brody) in her path. Gregg Araki keeps the camera moving at Jane's frantic pace, so the whole night feels like one long, loose stumble.
