“Nobody gets away clean.”

Buddy Israel is a Las Vegas magician turned mob informant, holed up in a penthouse and ready to testify against the family he used to entertain. Once a one-million-dollar bounty goes out on him, the FBI agents Richard Messner (Ryan Reynolds) and Donald Carruthers (Ray Liotta) race a crowd of hired killers to reach him first. Joe Carnahan fills the film with people who want one man dead, each of them chasing the same money.
