For fifty years Rose (Piper Laurie) has lived in the same lake house, fishing near it most days and refusing every suggestion that she sell. Her daughter Patti (Brooke Adams) worries about her living alone, and a weekend visit with granddaughter Allison (Emily Baldoni) turns up a forgotten roll of film. Melanie Mayron lets the photographs bring back the summer Rose met Louise, a story about how long a person can keep a place full of what they loved.
