“Like father. Like son. Born to kill.”

Someone is picking off high-ranking military officers one at a time, and no one knows who is behind the rifle. Gunnery Sgt. Brandon Beckett (Chad Michael Collins) gets word that his father, the legendary shooter Thomas Beckett (Tom Berenger), has been killed, and he sets out after the gunman. Don Michael Paul builds the hunt around the two Becketts, a son still carrying what his father taught him.
