Soldier of Fortune

“Once a soldier, always a soldier!”

Ettore Fieramosca (Bud Spencer) is a medieval soldier of fortune who tramps across Europe with his partners, looking for a war that pays. Outside a Spanish castle under siege, he sits back and waits to see which army is winning, and at first that means the French. Pasquale Festa Campanile has him treated badly enough by his new employers to change sides, and then the big man has to keep a worn-out garrison on its feet until help arrives.
