Álvaro (Alain Hernández), a young surfer, falls from a cliff and lands badly, with serious injuries and no one nearby. He has forty-eight hours to get out alive, and every one of them wears at his body and his nerve. Hugo Stuven Casasnovas keeps the camera close on Hernández and the land around him, and lets the stretches of waiting run long.
