“Your number is up.”

Ken Boyd (Kevin Corrigan), fresh out of a mental institution, is stuck in a dead-end job scooping ice cream and sketching in a notebook, while his old high-school tormentors start turning up dead. Sheriff Walt Fuller (Barry Bostwick) works the case in a town where everyone knows everyone, and Jack Perez plays the carnage dry. Ken's one real chance at a life is Amy Wheeler (Ariel Gade), the daughter he never knew he had.
