Alain Colonna (Gérard Lanvin) is a retired football coach who gets a second chance when he's asked to train a youth team alongside his old friends José (Didier Bourdon) and Sylvie (Isabelle Nanty). The group recruits help from DZ (Kaaris) and Kidane (Mamadou Haïdara), and together they shape the next generation of players. What matters most turns out to be less about winning than the bonds that form between the coaches and their charges, old and young alike.
