Someone's Watching Me!

“All those windows… and he’s behind one of them!”

Leigh Michaels (Lauren Hutton) takes an apartment in a Los Angeles high-rise in 1978, a new job and a new city, with the whole skyline outside her window. Soon the phone rings with a voice that knows what she is wearing and where she stands, and John Carpenter keeps her and the camera shut inside the same few rooms. Leigh stays by the window with the lights on, the glass black and Adrienne Barbeau's Sophie nearby.
