Somersault in a Coffin

Mahsun (Ahmet Uğurlu) is a homeless man in Rumelihisar, an old part of Istanbul, who steals cars at night so he has a heated place to sleep through the winter. By day he cleans and polishes them, then drives them through the neighborhood streets, while the local fishermen, including Reis (Tuncel Kurtiz), help him get by. Derviş Zaim's film shows how little a person with no work and no home has to hold onto.
