“She had it all under control. Except her heart.”

Kenya McQueen (Sanaa Lathan) has the career, the friends and the family, and the one part of her life she can't get under control is love. Then she meets Brian Kelly (Simon Baker), a free-spirited man who is nothing like the ones everyone expects her to bring home, and she has to choose between that expectation and a romance nobody saw coming. Sanaa Hamri films it in Los Angeles with an easy warmth, giving the story room to breathe.
