Son of Paleface

(1952)Directed by Frank Tashlin95 minComedy, Western
“Yes, Even More Laughs Than "The Paleface"”

Peter Potter Jr. (Bob Hope) steps off the train in a Western town to collect his father's gold, only to find there is none to collect. Instead he runs into Mike "The Torch" Delroy (Jane Russell), a saloon singer with her own designs on him, and the singing cowboy Roy Barton (Roy Rogers), who has his own claim on the whole business. Frank Tashlin keeps it loud and fast, and Peter stays in the middle of it, a fussy, cowardly fellow who is sure the money is somewhere.
