Space Cowboys

“Space will never be the same.”

In 1958, Frank Corvin (Clint Eastwood), Hawk Hawkins (Tommy Lee Jones), Jerry O'Neill (Donald Sutherland) and Tank Sullivan (James Garner) are Air Force test pilots, and the new NASA hands their place in space to chimps. Four decades later, a failing Russian satellite with a decaying orbit brings them back, and they blackmail their way aboard the shuttle. Eastwood directs the old pilots as men who have waited most of their lives, still grinning in the cockpit.
