Liv (Ashlee Lollback) and her team of physicists need to rebuild a space-bending engine their government shut down after a catastrophic test killed someone. They descend into the criminal underworld to find the parts and money to continue, knowing the technology could save or destroy everything. O'Halloran shoots the whole enterprise in sleek, propulsive sequences that never let the pressure ease.
