“Earth's Only Hope”

The cargo sits sealed in the hold, and John Canyon (Dennis Hopper), one of the last independent haulers in space, has agreed not to ask what it is. Money has been tight, so he takes the run to Earth with Mike Pucci (Stephen Dorff) riding along, and Stuart Gordon films the long flight as a rolling, noisy lark. Whatever the crates hold, Canyon is the man on the hook for getting them there.
