SpaceCamp

“The stars belong to a new generation.”

Andie (Kate Capshaw) has trained for years to reach space and is still waiting for her first flight, so she spends the summer running a camp for teenagers at NASA. During an engine test one night, she and four of her campers, including the pilot-in-training Kathryn (Lea Thompson), are launched into orbit by accident. Harry Winer leaves them in a cabin of buttons and switches that Tish, who remembers everything she reads, has to help them make sense of.
