Spaced Invaders

“For years, science has speculated on the existence of intelligent life in space... Now, there is living proof there is no such thing.”

Wrenchmuller (Royal Dano) is an old-timer in a small Midwestern town who has heard a radio broadcast of "War of the Worlds" before, though never from the other side. Patrick Read Johnson sends in a crew of Martians who take that broadcast for a real invasion and land their broken-down ship on Halloween, so every kid on the street takes them for trick-or-treaters. Sam (Douglas Barr) and Kathy (Ariana Richards) pass the armed aliens in their costumes.
