Spenser Confidential

“The law has limits. They don't.”

Boston, and Spenser (Mark Wahlberg), a former patrolman, walks out of prison with nothing lined up. Two police officers are dead, and Spenser starts digging into it alongside Hawk (Winston Duke), a roommate who wants to be a fighter. Peter Berg sends the pair through the city in a loose, noisy partnership, and Spenser, ex-cop that he is, can't leave it alone.
