“It's time to step up.”

All Peter Parker (Tom Holland) wants is a quiet summer trip through Europe with his friends, and a chance to tell a girl how he feels. Then Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) finds him, with creatures tearing up the continent and Quentin Beck (Jake Gyllenhaal) already fighting them. Jon Watts moves the film from one European city to the next at a brisk run, keeping it bright and loose.
