“Homework can wait. The city can't.”

In Queens, New York, in the weeks after the events of Captain America: Civil War, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) is a high school student who spends his afternoons as Spider-Man. Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) keeps an eye on him from a distance, while Adrian Toomes (Michael Keaton), the Vulture, becomes a new threat. Jon Watts follows Peter as he tries to prove he belongs among the Avengers, with nobody but his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) to answer to at home.
