Spooks Run Wild

In 1941, a group of delinquents from the East Side are headed to summer camp when their trip ends in a haunted house. Muggs McGinnis (Leo Gorcey) leads the boys, with Danny (Bobby Jordan) and Glimpy (Huntz Hall) close behind, and the house also holds Nardo (Bela Lugosi) and Linda Mason (Dorothy Short). Phil Rosen, directing the only East Side Kids picture of his career, runs the whole thing as an overnight scramble through the dark.
