“An everyday story about loyalty, betrayal, lust and footwear.”

Errol Wallace (Anthony Hopkins) is an efficiency expert who earns his living by trimming factories down to what he thinks they can afford, and he wants the next job to prove his methods work. It sends him to a small moccasin factory that seems to belong to another era, run by Mr. Ball (Alwyn Kurts). Mark Joffe sets Wallace beside Carey (Ben Mendelsohn), a young employee, and the numbers on Wallace's clipboard start to have faces and names.
