Spud 3: Learning to Fly

Spud Milton (Troye Sivan) turns sixteen in 1992 and writes that he is practically a man in most areas, which nobody at his South African boarding school seems ready to confirm. Johnny Barker follows him back for his senior year, with an old enemy waiting and a talkative Malawian in the dormitory. Under the jokes about Shakespeare and his grandmother Wombat, a boy learns that women and cretins are rarely what they seem.
