Susan Cooper (Melissa McCarthy) is a desk-bound CIA analyst who has spent years supporting the field work of her partner Bradley Fine (Jude Law). When Fine goes dark during a mission to stop a nuclear weapon from falling into the wrong hands, Susan volunteers to go undercover herself. She finds herself up against Raina Boyanov (Rose Byrne), a calculated criminal, and what matters most turns out to be the trust between them.
