Squanto: A Warrior's Tale

“In the quest for peace, he became a legend.”

English sailors seize Squanto (Adam Beach) from the shore of the New World in the 17th century and carry him across the ocean to England. A monk, Brother Daniel, teaches him the customs of the place, while other Englishmen put him on show for his skill as a fighter. Xavier Koller films Squanto's crossing and his long road back with a slow, patient eye.
