Squeak-squeak

(1963)Directed by Jean Girault86 minComedy

Léonard Monestier (Louis de Funès) has a fortune, a wife named Cynthia (Jacqueline Maillan), and a worthless oil concession she bought without telling him. He doesn't mourn the loss. He goes looking for a sucker to take it off his hands, and one turns up in the befuddled billionaire Antoine Brévin, who has his eye on Léonard's daughter Patricia (Mireille Darc). Jean Girault keeps the household moving at a steady clip, and de Funès is usually in the middle of it.
