Sri Asih

“Welcome the incarnation of Dewi Asih…”

Alana (Pevita Pearce) has a temper she has never been able to explain, until she learns she is not an ordinary human being. Eyang Mariani (Christine Hakim) tells her she was born to protect people as Sri Asih. Upi, who co-wrote the script with Joko Anwar, keeps Alana's anger close to the surface, since the same rage that makes her a guardian could make her a danger to everyone around her.
