“Let the past die.”

Rey (Daisy Ridley) has just found out what she can do, and she wants Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) to teach her how to use it. Luke is not eager, and the strength of her power unsettles him. Rian Johnson sets her training against the Resistance's preparations to fight the First Order, with Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) pulling at her from the far side of the war.
