“This summer a star falls. The chase begins.”

In a countryside town that borders a magical land, Tristan Thorn (Charlie Cox) promises the girl he loves that he will bring her a fallen star. He crosses into the realm beyond the wall and finds the star is Yvaine (Claire Danes), a young woman, while Lamia (Michelle Pfeiffer) and the princes, Septimus (Mark Strong) among them, are hunting her too. Matthew Vaughn sends Tristan on the road with an oath he never thought to question.
