Stardust

“David before Bowie.”

In 1971, a young English singer gets off a plane in America for the first time, and almost nobody there knows his name. David Bowie (Johnny Flynn) is sent on a coast-to-coast publicity tour for The Man Who Sold the World, trailed by the label man Ron Oberman (Marc Maron). Gabriel Range follows him through the road and the rooms, as a man who is not yet Ziggy Stardust works out who he has to become.
